Help prevent the spread of COVID-19:
All patients and visitors must:
wear a mask while in the facility
- stay within two meters of others whenever possible
- wash hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering, and before leaving, the clinic
Please do not enter the facility if you:
- have travelled outside of the country within the past two weeks
- have a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose or shortness of breath
- have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for Covid-19
